Brisbane’s Small Doors: The magical tooth fairy door in West Village

Did you know the Tooth Fairy’s front door is located just down from The Practice in West Village’s green space?

Next time you visit for your dental appointment, you’ll see this enchanting doorway crafted by Mace Robertson, commissioned specifically by our practice. It’s part of the Brisbane Small Doors project, which invites you to discover unique, tiny hidden doors scattered throughout the city.

This beautiful doorway was hand-painted to look like marble with details in oak and brass, with the Art Nouveau-style double doors and columns that look so realistic that it’s hard to tell it’s made from pine.

If you’re lucky, you might see the tooth fairy as she pops in and out of The Practice collecting teeth, returning through her Tooth Fairy doorway at the base of Fig Grove.
