What Are Clear Aligners?

Instead of metal brackets, wires and elastics, we can now straighten teeth firmly yet comfortably using clear BPA free plastic aligners. The aligners are custom-made to fit tightly over your teeth, applying pressure to specific teeth to move them into the correct positions gradually. Once the aligners are in your mouth, they are very difficult to see, so treatment is extremely discreet.

Invisalign Treatment Process

Step 1: Complimentary information session

Complimentary information session: Come meet our amazing dentists at and find out if Invisalign is suitable for you. You can gather as much information as possible at this visit, where we can use our state-of-the-art 3D scanning system to scan your teeth (yes, no messy impressions!) to generate a 3D simulation of what we can expect.

Step 2: Review your 3D scan

Review your 3D scan: This is where things get exciting, as you watch your teeth move in to their new position. At this point we can estimate treatment time, cost and which treatment option from those listed below would be most suitable for you.

Step 3: Start Invisalign

Approximately 3 weeks later, your aligners are ready for you to take home. At this visit, you’ll begin your journey to straighter teeth and smile transformation. We will review you approximately every 2 months to ensure everything is running smoothly. Your dentist will let you know how frequently you’ll need to visit for your follow-up appointments.

Step 4: Finish Invisalign

At the end of your treatment, your dentist will place retainers on your teeth to help maintain your new straight smile!
